Our suggestion regarding the network topology is that the POC device gateway connects to both local and external networks through different network cards.

• Operational interface - cobas pulse and infinity POC are connected via the hospital's local network

• Service interface - cobas pulse is connected to POC Device GW via the hospital's local network. Subsequently, POC Device GW is linked to the edge cloud via the external network.

In case the customer is unable to prepare an appropriate network environment, we may provide an external network connection environment along with our products.

In the above cases, gateways such as client PCs typically need to connect to both local hospital network prepared by the customer and an external network provided by Roche.

These networks are completely different environments, and the gateway PC must use different network cards to connect to both networks.
