Idea detail description
There is currently no way to get an overview of the gateways in an affiliate. This makes it difficult for us to determine the status of the gateways and their version. This represents a significant effort for the service, as we have to navigate to the affiliate for each gateway, click on the "Service Provider" tab, then click on the respective service provider, then on "Gateways," then on the "POC device" tab. There, we have to click on the gateway. Only then can we see the gateway version. As an affiliate, we urgently need an overview of the gateways (e.g., in a table) along with the version. |
Hi Stefan,
The current concept that we have for Gateways is that when there's the rollout of a new version of POCMNI that includes the update of the gateway component, which means that all the gateways are in the latest version of production.
Can you explain extra details of where the need comes from?
