Idea detail description
Our customer is relying on Navify POC for QC-management. They noticed that sometimes the users do not process QC results in the scheduled interval. Navify POC changes the QC-status icon to yellow but that doesn't affect the patient result validation. The idea would be that after a configured time the QC-status would go to red and an alarm would be added to patient results which could be used to prevent automatic validation. I know this kind of feature is supported in our instruments directly on the instruments but many 3rd party instruments do not support this and they rely on Navify POC. The idea would be similar to Central lab where there's specific QC-rule which sets the QC's to error after configured time unless QC's are run. |
