Currently, the "Add new" screen only allows reference values to be segmented by Gender. I propose adding specific controls to define the patient age range for which these values apply.

The solution must include:

1. Interval Fields: Two new numeric fields for "Minimum Age" and "Maximum Age."

2. Unit Selector: A dropdown menu to select the time unit (Days, Months, Years), which is critical for differentiating between neonates, pediatric patients, and adults.

3. Logic: When processing a test result, the system must calculate the patient's age and match it against both their gender and the configured age range to select the correct Normal/Critical limits.
