Request from customer: We might be among the first to implement this solution, but someone has to be first. I am convinced that going forward, you will encounter more organizations moving in the same direction. Since your devices do not support WPA3-Enterprise, MPSK is, in my assessment, the best realistic solution in terms of both security and administration. We naturally agree that development is never free, but since you already have a management portal that supports both WPA2-PSK and EAP-based authentication, I would expect the foundational building blocks for MPSK support to already be in place. Therefore, I find it hard to see this as a particularly extensive or costly development effort. To me, it seems more like a natural extension of the functionality in the existing platform. I therefore hope you will consider incorporating support for MPSK into the product roadmap. This would not only help us, but in my view, also make the solution more attractive to other customers facing similar challenges with the secure onboarding of devices that do not support WPA3-Enterprise. |
