Idea detail description
As already asked for in IPOC-I-66 and IPOC-I-73 we have again been asked by customers for a free comments field for device information, where the customer can add information likes MAC-Adress, inventory name, device responsible person, etc. The "device messages and notes" are not useable for this, as they are chronically and often flooded with device messages drowning out any entered notes. Additional information added should be seen in the device overview, not in a sub category (like when entering the messages and notes and filtering for notes). |
