US infinity POC customers have multiple cobas infinity POC server. Our customers need a mechanism to view holistic, aggregrated reports, synchronize operators and transfer lot information between these cobas infinity POC, rather than repeating work to share / maintain data between multiple infinity POC servers.
The cross server reporting would also support Point of Care Coordinators during lab inspection times since inspectors ask for reporting for all sites and running reports per server is inefficient.
The most important component of this functionality request is the ability to synch operators across infinity POC servers. Customers and Roche IT Solutions Engineers will be able to specify the infinity POC servers where Operator sync will occur. To determine what is the source record, please use the most recently updated record as the source record to copy Operator data from. Separate data aggregation specific for reporting.
