after viewing a patientresult in the menu "all results", and clicking back , you land on the top and not on the the line where you looked.

This is actually a problem throughout the software. Visual resets when modifying rows vary in behavior from resetting to the top as the original poster described, to redrawing some mid-way set of rows that are nowhere near where the edit took place. Grabbing the scrollbar or scrollwheeling one step then snaps the view back to close to where the original view was, but it is imprecise and very disorienting. General Settings screen, Send and Receive configurations in Host Configuration screens, HIS Locations screen, and so on all have these view resets from using the edit button. Our customers notice this, and fight it daily. A full review of this behavior on all screens is in order.
