Change color of certificate to Green and add certificate name

Idea detail description

Many customers have asked during training if it would be possible to see the certificate in the operator detail in Green color if users are certified. And leave the gray for users in Pending. They would also like to see the name of the certificate on this page underneath the Certificate logo instead of having to click on it.
