Expired certificate - instead of deactivating - could it be set to pending fase.

Our customer asked if an expired certificate, could go to pending fase - instead of being deactivated.

It that case - an e-learning with test passed - could reactivate the certificate.
And there will be no manuel handling in cobas infinity POC for the POC coordinator.
