The so called "RiLiBÄK" (Guideline of the federal association of physicians) requires to maintain the "minimum difference" from the POC-coordinators. In order to keep our customers compliant, it is REQUIRED to include this feature into the nPocOps UI and the report.

DEFINITION OF MINIMUM DIFFERENCE

Minimum Difference (MD)

The smallest distance between a measured value and a limit value at which they can be described as different is calculated from the standard deviation (s). MD = 1.65 x s

This section was added to RiliBÄK Part A Postanalytics last year:

6.3.6 For the evaluation of quantitative analysis results, the medical laboratory maintains data on measurement uncertainty and makes these available upon request. The Minimum Difference (MD) is a useful tool to describe the measurement uncertainty.

In der RiliBÄK Teil A Postanalytik wurde letztes Jahr dieser Abschnitt hinzugefügt:

6.3.6 Für die Bewertung quantitativer Analyseergebnisse hält das medizinische Laboratorium Daten zur Messunsicherheit vor und stellt diese auf Anfrage zur Verfügung. Hierbei stellt die Minimale Differenz (MD) ein nützliches Werkzeug dar, um die Messunsicherheit zu beschreiben.
