Opportunity, as the current Inventory Solutions helps customers manage the inventory. Can we enhance this value offering by:
OPTION 1: adding consulting, management and even the end-to-end control of the inventory (keeping lab stocked @ lower cost to lab). If the lab inventory normally costs XX amount that leverage our skills across and do it for less / with profit
OPTION 2: We work with 3rd parties who offer on-top service to companies in managing devices or inventory (e.g. printer services). Could we partner with them so they use our inventory solutions management tool as the preferred while support lab customers.
