Positivity Rate: Distinguish QC results from patient results

Idea detail description

customer only wants to count true negative and positive patient results. At the moment the dashboard will include QC test results too, which may alter the true incidence of positives and negative rates.

As a minimum the customer would like to at least be able to view sample IDs so they can manually remove QC results and recalculate the true positivity rates.

Better still, could it be possible to configure the data dictionary per assay so that the first and last 1-2 wells could be assigned for QC, and therefore results associated with these wells are not included in the positivity rate calculation?

customer ultimately wanted to be able to see a third party QC result, but today they run it as a patient result, and they flag. So when they look up the patient results, they can see it's QC, but they can't pull it out. When they load that sample on the analyser, is there a way to flag it so that when nA flags it, we know it's QC and not patient. the instrument has to do it first not nA. Afia talked to Will on this.
