Documentation of Instrument Maintenance and Maintenance Planning

The customer has to document the daily/weekly/monthly maintenance that need to be performed. This is today manually written down in a maintenance book this documentation could be automized

For a customer it is important to know when the next maintenance will approx. take place and how long it will approx. take to estimate the downtime. (Similar to service counters in cars).

Since there are different elements that impact the maintenance length and interval . For Example "Process Head" and "Stop Disk" replacement.

For Service it means a better overview on the maintenance intervals. Instead of doing it just by twice a year it could be more frequent, especially in the current times of Covid Testing since the instruments are used over the usual periods.

For Roche it means additional Revenue for non normal service intervals and spare part frequency. The data would be also helpful to add, remove or change Service intervals. Which would be again beneficial for a customer.

Also the materials for the maintenace could be recommended to that the trunk stock is optimized and may be even send automatically to the customers.
