Monitor: Volume Threshold

Be able to be alerted when a specific serial numbers reaches a certain threshold. This would need to be incremental and not just a rolling tally if possible. Would be nice to be able to rolle up serial numbers and also by location ie. a serial number a one location. sees an additional 600 runs performed.
