Idea detail description
Currently, in the Overview dashboard, there is no option to hide or modify the number of issues displayed. Unfortunately, this always shows an immensely high number, making it difficult for customers to use and share the Overview dashboard without immediately being questioned about the high number of issues. The problem is that all instrument alarms, errors, and information are shown here as issues. There are thousands of notifications that are purely informational and not errors – but we cannot filter these out. In the Issues dashboard, users have to manually filter out newly appearing errors and there is a lack of distinction between informational messages and actual errors. This results in a cumbersome manual process and continuous effort to maintain a clear view of true issues. |
