navify Analytics (nA) allows the creation of reports that can be emailed to customers. These reports contain the selected dashboards in PDF format. The problem is that the PDF is essentially a printout of the respective dashboard, which cannot be scrolled, thus not all data is visible. One solution is to select specific sheets to include, but this results in a lengthy PDF report with often only a few data points on a single page. This creates inefficient reports and customers do not receive a comprehensive and effective solution. Attached is an example of such a generated report. As you can see, this format does not provide a correct report, and customers cannot efficiently create the important reports. These reports are crucial for automating and recurring updates on KPIs and for sharing this information with others. |
