Currently, in the Overview dashboard, it is not possible to manually set the comparison timeframe for the displayed data. The general timeframe filter at the top only allows users to specify a period, and the system then automatically selects a comparison period, yielding a percentage. It is crucial to have a dashboard or widget that enables users to visually and numerically compare different timeframes side by side, using various chart types (e.g., pie chart, bar chart). This would allow users to easily observe volume trends over different years or quarters. Customers often conduct analyses where they compare one fiscal year to another. To support these comparisons, it is essential to have more tools at their disposal for flexible data visualizations and detailed analyses. |
