Currently, the dashboard within the analytics platform focuses on capturing and visualizing Notes entered by users against instruments. However, feedback and exploratory analysis suggest that users are also entering notes against device messages in the POC ops system, which are not yet integrated or surfaced in the existing dashboards. Need to see whether we capture and reflect the full context of user interactions with devices and instruments
