The University Hospital Zurich, represented by Key User Jessica Sangali, requires an extension of the QC Overview Dashboard (Quality Management). Currently, the dashboard primarily displays the count and validation status of QC tests performed, along with result accuracy. To ensure full regulatory compliance, a lab must not only document the quality of the results but also provide evidence of adherence to prescribed measurement frequencies per instrument type. This frequency (e.g., weekly/bi-weekly, Level 1 & 2 vs. only Level 1) is highly variable depending on the country, instrument type, and specific laboratory guidelines. The feature needs to allow these frequencies to be flexibly configured in the background filters (e.g., "Every 2 weeks," "Weekly Level 1 & 2"). The dashboard should then display for each instrument type and location whether this defined time interval for performing the QC measurement has been adhered to, or if an interval violation has occurred. |
