Idea detail description

Its not clear how results are categorised as either 0 deviation or +1 deviation when we are only displaying whole deviation numbers. Are SDs being rounded up/down to align with the current SD values in the LJ chart?

The customer would like to see a more granular SD value represented, and therefore plotted e.g. to 2 decimal places like we do in the MoU dashboard.
