Idea detail description
Many infinity POC customers in the United States have multiple cobas infinity POC servers due to infinity POC time zone limitations and the need to connect over 2000 Roche instruments. Customers will need the ability to specify which infinity POC server(s) will serve as the data source for navify Analytics POC. For example, multiple US customers have over 5 cobas infinity POC servers and will need to be able to load data from a combination of the five infinity POC servers. The customer scenario will become more prevalent as we are actively targeting the Top 300 Integrated Health Networks in the US that span multiple time zones (7 for the US) |
