Change the serial number filter to the visible display value of the same data dictionary

The customer would like to be able to control the display value in the serial number drop down box filter. I would suggest renaming this filter to Instrument and using the visible value in the instrument data dictionary and not the serial number. Users in the UK use a naming convention for their instruments so are easily identified my name and not serial number, which is just a random number to the end user. This was from feedback from the FCM site in the UK
