Today the MoU calculation is averaging Customers want to display MoU based on the mean value for each QC level, rather than this being calculated/averaged at the parameter/device type level - This would provide a more accurate/meaningful MoU calculation. Example was when we reviewed a parameter with level 1 and level 2 values - the MoU and expanded uncertainty was the same value even if level 1 had a low SD (which therefore should calculate a low MoU (which is good!)) and level 2 had a high SD (should calculate a high MoU (which is less desirable!). At the moment we're averaging out the MoU values for these 2 differing SDs, which doesn't reflect true performance. See attached. |
Hi Adam this feature exists however we do need to improve how the table interaction and data display
