Idea detail description

Currently, it is required for the IM or CSM to configure the description of each issue event in the data dictionary, this information should be automatically populated from other sources in oder to avoid unnecesary manual work

    In dashboard issues in filters you can select issue group level 1,2,3.

    Descriptions of the issues there are not understandable and it`s hard for the customer to select information that she/he needs
