Idea detail description
Customer would like to see a simple KPI (see attachment for visualization of customer's excel sheet)
As an idea, it could be included in the "sample details" widget in the "Operator statistics" as an improvement. For that, the "patient samples" column needs to show the total activity in that location since now it only shows the number of samples with the alarms filtered in upper filter so you get the same information than in "patient alarm" column. An additional column with the % (simple division) should be also included). |
A proposal of fix have been shared with CSM from Spain and other regions to see if it address the minimum requirements of different customers.

The proposal could benefit the customer in Hospital of zurich but it's possible that it doesnt address the spain customer expectations. Thibault (Spain csm) made a few proposals that need to be checked and shared the documents with the spain team to gather further feedback.
