Multi site TAT dashboard - TAT trend average graph => add a scale adjusted to TAT

In this dashboards, there are 2 lines for volume and TAT trend and we can't compare volume and TAT on the same scale. It makes the TAT line very flat whereas there are some important difference (43h, 72h, 39h...). We should add a second scale adjusted to TAT in order to highlight the changes.
