There are no monitoring definition available for LabOPS AP. This monitoring is very helpful to engage with users and could be a good tool to facilitate the onboarding of customers depending on their use case.
1 - Volume of object by time period (day, week, month)- All filters from single site process dashboard available + choice of the object (case, sample, block, slide). For instance, customer at Cadiz would like to get notified when there are more than 200 blocks a day. +++
2 - Average TAT over a threshold by time period - All filters from performance dashboard available + choice of the segment. For instance, the customer wants to get notified when the average TAT for Case ordered to Slide assembled for HE stain protocol for biopsy procedure has reached X hours.
Hey Paul, it is very helpful to make the monitor definition use case match with a dashboard use case, so that we can follow the story. Then, that would be great if we could at least have a monitor associated to each dashboard use case, for instance Volume, TAT, quality issue, slides per case, overdue objects. Let me know if you need additional info
Hi Thibault- we need more information on what monitor would be useful to the customers. All monitors are based on a specific use case/ need. Can you define what you need?
