Capacity to set up a target/threshold volume per timeperiod indicated in the progress and summary count dashboard

In the summary count dashboard, we can see the average line in the count, and that would be great whether we could choose to display either the average or the target. the target could be configured in the DD for instance. that would help the customer to understand the limit where they would start having some backlogs
