Idea detail description
Whiston customer wants to make more use of sample tracking timestamps from Vantage and have these represented in nAPath. The use-case attached relates to identifying blocks that have been presented to their Sakura tissue processors over a certain period of time (and to view the details of those blocks). Primary purposes - If they have a quality issue associated with the Processor specifically, they need to identify which blocks were affected, check them and re-process if needed. Currently, the only solution is to take manual images, store these and then sift thrpough them to identify blocks ... which is time consuming and unnecessarily complicated. They would like a feature in nAPath to search for blocks and see which tissue processor they are visited. They would also like to generate a report, by timeframe, that provides details of multiple blocks e.g. block IDs. See attachment for customer description |
