Add a new widget is instrument status at navify monitoring:

current: if we have enable option :"Mask/Unmkas instrument basesd on connection status" --> if instrument have disconnect with nLO, at masking screen wwill show masking for this instrument disconnect, and when instrument have problem (stop emegergency)--> show stop or mask at instrument masking screen,

if navify monitoring can show instrumeng masking --> will have more benefits for customers
