Idea detail description

The customer would need to better understand instrument disconnect reasons in more details to be able to act with more relevant actions. Information about if the instrument is disconnected from the automation, if its currently is masked or goes into red alarm mode, etc. would be information which can provide more actional insights.

Use of different colors to reflect the instrument's alarm light for clearer visual monitoring.

    Yes it is essentially a similar request, including masking status would be beneficial too just to understand more granularly why some instruments are not operational.

    @Daniel Swahn Currently nMon has the the widget Connectivity widget. It displays the instrument connection with infinity.

    By reading what you wrote, the request is about to know the instrument operational status and alarms associated with the down time. If it is the essence of the request, we are investigating how nMon might get instrument status data. We already have I-103 https://roche-ris.aha.io/ideas/ideas/NMON-I-103.

    Please confirm if my understanding from this request is correct.
