@Daniel Swahn As discussed on 28.Mar, this topic will be discussed during June customer visit.
This feature will short term help us renew one contract and close the gap from previous pricing model to the new one. We have the solution included in the majority of our core lab tender solutions. Enhancing the product with this feature would help us be seen continuously as a valued partner increases chances of renewals. Monitoring as a product is almost always demanded in tenders in core lab in Sweden today.
Affected customer: Västerås from Region Västmanland. @Daniel Swahn can you please collect more customers on this request?
This feature should push the value of the product. If the feature is there, it will be a big advantage in tendering process.
