Modify ORR widget for long sample id

Idea detail description

We have the customers that using long sample id (longer than 12 numbers) .

So, sample id in ORR widget looks cut off (refer to the attached screenshot)


-Considerations

Now, ORR widget can be modified 2*x sizes, if we can using the widget by 3*x size it will helpful for this issue.

OR

if we can show the patient ID or specific demographic (such as Lab number:free-text type demographic for order) by replacement of sample id it will helpful for this issue too.

    Dear @Qilei Ge,

    Sorry for late response. LST widget is okay for displaying long sample ID with 15 digit.

    As you mentioned I will change the title of this idea from LST to ORR.

    @Jinhong Park Can you please let me know if the issue of not displaying long sample ID is only for ORR but also for LST? Otherwise, we will change the title for ORR widget only. So the change will be made for ORR only.

    @Jinhong Park Have you checked if LST has issue to display 15 digits?

    If not, the idea title does not align with the problem. I would change to Modify ORR widget for long sample id. Please confirm I can make this change.

    : I think your idea is very good for us.

    because "priority" is not mandatory options for our customers. (they are commercial laboratory. so they doesn't have emergency samples)

    If they want to view the widgets with priority then we can make two widgets for each priorities. (Routine ORR and emergency ORR ...)


    And 15 digits is longest sample id in Korea now (It's been confirmed so far)


    Thank you for your detailed mockup and descriptions.

    It will be a great help to build a reference site to accelerate the expansion of the navify Monitoring solution.

    Hi, Jinhong,

    We looked into this issue. We found as below:

    1. LST is able to display 15 digits of sample IDs. Please let us know if it's not the case at customer site.

    2. ORR is NOT able to display 15 digits, but only 12 digits

    Therefore, for ORR, an idea is to cut off the texts in "Priority" column. In the mockup below, we could cut priority-Emergency to "Emer...", to allow the display full sample ID. We would like to ask you: In this proposal, do you see any problems if the priority texts are cut?

    This is my Smarteeva case (ST-00026917) (https://rdxsmarteeva.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Inquiry__c/a1haa000000vASTAA2/view)


    • Which version of nMon does the customer use?

    : customer use navify Monitoring 1.05 (because of connection nAnalytics infinity gateway issue,

    if this issue will solved we will upgrade to 1.06 or further)

    and navify Lab Operation version is 3.05.03


    • How many digits are the sample IDs?

    : e.g : 241114443541300 (total 15 digits)


    • We can't open the business case as you mentioned.

    : I attached my Smarteeva case link!


    this issue is affected all sample id widgets.

    • Late Sample Tracking

    • Out Range of Result

    @Jinhong Park We have below questions to clarify for investigation:

    • Which version of nMon does the customer use?

    • How many digits are the sample IDs?

    • We can't open the business case as you mentioned.
