@Alberto Biancardi This idea raised by Kathryn is: Stop tracking samples when there are results available, in the case of error samples with manually added results "Clotted". We have a feature in 1.08 addressing this request.
The team would like to ask you and other voters: Apart from cases of clotted or error samples, what other situations requiring stop tracking samples before end-event is reached? Can you please provide some concrete examples? It will help the team to analyze.
@Kathryn Carrick nMon displays based on the data from nLO. Manually remove from nMon UI is not recommended in general. We see operational risks from manual removal. Such as wrong decision-making, confusions due to unaligned information comparing from the source. For the use cases when some samples should not be seen on the widget, we might recommend hiding, instead of removal.
It will be very important for us to have the details regarding the use cases and scenarios. Can you please provide below information?
What cases (e.g. sample clotting) of needing removal?
What's the workflow of such removal?
Which widget affected, removal globally or individually?
