In France, with our old middleware we use to have the Late sample widget fonctionnality. So our customers have been trained about this fonction and are very eager about LST widget with navify monitoring.
Anyway we are in difficulties with LST widget in navify monitoring because this widget doesn't take into account the status of the test (especially completed tests). It involves when we have several technical sites in a customer, our customers are not able to use LST in the central technical site because if a have a tube with PROT and PROL if the PROT is done in site A and PROL is done in site B, if the site B configure a LST widget for example from sample seen in preanalytic and to Test result, the PROT will appear in the LST widget has late sample of site B because LST doesn't take into account the fact that PROT is complete ans should'nt be track in LST widget. Of course we could'nt skip the PROT test because site B is also doing the PROT test.
This problem has been seen in unibio chasse sur rhone and is eager to see a change in the way LST is working

Dear Maria, I understand your remark. I just would like to let you know that 2 GCS investigations has been done for this topics. Their answer is that the navify monitoring work as expected and if a change is needed an Aha should be created.
We have this discussion topics with my colleague damien TORET from France Marketing because this is an important subject for France. If nothing change from nMon, it would imply a lot of french customer won't use nMon whereas with our old middleware Late sample tracking was very often used.
