Following on-site customer visits and broader customer discussions, this concept drastically upgrades the navify Monitoring instrument status widget. It transforms a basic status tracker into a high-utility operational cockpit by exposing critical error details, KPIs, and end-to-end workflow data, by adding the following capabilities:
Specific Error Visibility: Instantly display critical instrument errors on the card (e.g., reagent pack, water supply, barcode reading, and clots/short samples).
End-to-End & Module-Level Insights: Expands visibility across pre-analytics, analytics, and post-analytics workflows, including module-level masking status.
Enhanced Urgency Coloring: Replaces the generic gray color for “Unavailable” statuses with high-visibility yellow or red to immediately capture operator attention.
