Following on-site customer visits and virtual conversations with clients and affiliates, this phase focuses on enriching the navify Monitoring Instrument Panel with actionable, real-time KPIs that give lab operators immediate visibility into instrument performance, workload, and operational health.
This phase introduces the following real-time metrics, to be displayed directly on the instrument card:
Sample errors: including water supply issues, clot detection, barcode reading errors, and tube-not-detected events
Maintenance status: leveraging instrument status data already available for select instruments
Turnaround Time (TAT)
Currently running assays (type/volume)
Remaining reagent / consumable capacity
