Enable predictive workflow alerting

Use AI to forecast TAT delays by analyzing incoming sample volumes in real-time. The system should proactively suggest workflow adjustments, highlighting exactly which instruments or results require immediate intervention to maintain lab throughput.

    Idea blocked by the data unavailability.

    Everything related to predictability requires historical data that currently navify Monitoring does not have.

    To be analyzed by @Aamir Khan in order to know which data would be necessary to add predictability capabilities to nMon.
