Idea detail description
The logging shall provide the information when samples are shown and removed from the widgets. As nMon is realtime it is not possible to investigate wrong information displayed in the past. For LST it is currentlyonly possible to check the events by sample ID and time range. No information when tracking started, affected widget, timestamp when sample was shown on widget with cause ( e.g., warning or error time violated), and the event which triggered the removal of a sample. This information is needed to enable the 1st level to check customer complaints. E.g. sample is shown even if completed on cobas infinity central lab side. |
