@Ayuko Kawabe I discussed with our PO. If we understand the request correctly, this functionality should be available by selecting the proper event "Test received from the host". Please let us know if it works for the customers.

The team is investigating this topic and we have some questions to get a better understanding:
Is this problem still occuring? What is the status?
What version of ciPM / nMon is the customer using?
Is the LIS connected with infinity?
Are these samples aliquot samples?
Is the expected behaviour that the samples are removed from tracking tracking once the result is available from LIS?
Could you kindly answer these for us? Thank you!
It seems very similar case with our case. That became useful functions.
