"External order ID" has more characters than Reception number.
However, most of the External order IDs displayed in the widget are from the same day, so customers will be able to easily find the Reception number.
(As you say, it is ideal to display only the Reception number part.)
@Ayuko Kawabe As discussed, it seems that nMon could get "External order ID" from IGW, composed as "yymmddNNNNTTT": N: LIS-RN; T: is tube ID. Maybe the customers are able to recognise RN from External order ID, but it will be ideal to show only the RN part from external order ID. Please let us know your comment.
@Woojin Jung I'm not able to find idea I-61 any more.
@Ayuko Kawabe We have been discussing about displaying Reference ID instead of sample ID. In this idea, you mentioned also to display patient ID or order ID. 1) What is the priority need for the customers in Japan? 2) Does displaying patient ID violate privacy regulation?
@Woojin Jung You voted for this idea. Could you please tell us how many and which customers need such feature (displaying e.g. patient ID or order ID)?
