Problem statement:
(Additional info from University of IOWA Pedro) - It takes long to detect if a line is masked or not from infinity. So Monitoring the masking status for lines and modules and test masked. Different shifts who want to check if an instrument is in routine or still in masking status.
Eg when troponin tests are masked and unmasked on all 3 x800s lines.
Ideation:
1st round of sketch on instrument masking status.
Description:
It could be an extension from connectivity widget -> instrument status.
The idea is to show: 1) Time stamp when masking was done. 2) Show the "masking type" from infinity, (by user, by instrument, by QC, by rules).
.
1st round of sketch on Masked tests.
IOWA customer feedbacks (15-Mar-2024):
Instrument masking looks good as on the mockup.
Target masking is like the instrument masking. For IOWA, p701 and AOB, e.g.
Test masking:
- only interested in individual test masking managed by profile tab in infinity -> module is masked.
- No need to see tests masked due to whole instrument masked.
- No need to see batch masked tests.
Idea detail description
Creation of a new widget for the masking status of systems and tests derived from infinity lab:
Idea: Only show systems/tests/targets that are currently masked/offline |
Excellent proposal and exactly what our customer needs!
They have 7 x c8000 and often don't realize that tests have been masked for a while.
Therefore I'd like to suggest to make it optional to display either the timestamp or the mask duration (how long has it been masked) and allow to configure a threshold below which the masking is not displayed.
Please consider that some labs mask tests for extended periods of time (e.g. batch testing). So ideally it would be possible to exclude some tests/instruments/targets.
