Customer use case: as an admin of the serum work area I would like to know how much time passes between the sorting in the preanalytic work area and the timestamp when the technicians sitting at analytic chain receive the samples (sample seen on analytics)

Widget configured as follows:

Start event: Sample seen on preanalytic instrument (p612)

Ending Event: Sample seen on any of the selected instrument

All samples reach the maximum time allotted in the LST widget

"SampleID + XXX '

Apparently the use case is not addressed in the right way and or the configuration is not supporting this use case atm

• If the instruments are connected the Idea needs to be explained with a more deeper understanding of the customer and thier pain point.

• If the problem is with the configuration or with the understanding of the Starting Events and Ending Events, please contact with 1st level support.

We see the instruments in Infinity.

Hi Afia, the instrument is connected to Infinity

A standalone instrument is not connected to cobas infinity central lab? navify Monitoring cannot track data coming directly from the instruments. navify Monitoring only can track data coming from cobas infinity central lab and exposed by Infinity Gateway. If the pre-analytic and the analyzer mentioned in the business case are not connected to cobas infinity central lab, impossible to track the data in a TAT or anywhere.
