UI issues: scrolling on configuration screen & log in

We will look into it for 1.07: will align the double-scroll bar behanvior in all screens.

Idea detail description

The screen to filter by test using the workflow nodes has two sections and only one scroll. When one workflow is selected, it's necessary to scroll up to see the tests
