When reagents running low on 3 analyzer lines, it is very helpful to know, so lab staff can act before it's fully running out.
For financial reason, reagents are loaded fitting to daily predicted sample loads, but the workload is not always predictable. If reagents are not filled in time, it will cause the processing delay.
Also, Korean costumers explicitly requested to monitor:
Not only instrument status but also instrument error (Yellow / Red)
(e.g Reagent pack error / water supply error)
