TAT bar chart to quickly determine if TAT is improving or falling behind

In reviewing the TAT widget, Scott advised that he would like the TAT widget to contain a bar chart looking back historically a set period of hours (6, 12, 24 as potential examples) by hour to be able to quickly determine if TAT is improving or falling behind based on previous data.
