Each year, our GCS team invests significant effort in managing SSL certificate updates. Currently, we need to update the SSL certificate for every individual tenant. Could you develop a feature that allows us to update the SSL certificate for all customer tenants in a region with a single update?

For example, if we update the SSL certificate for the Viewics tenant in the US region, it should automatically update the certificate for all other customer tenants in that region as well.
