Other dashboarding tools have today almost always a free text widget so that the users can set a heading or otherwise descriptive text to the widgets with data for additional context.
Nice to have feature but would put our dashboard on par with other solutions in the market with dashboard concepts. It would make the user experience greater and contribute to our renewal chances with customer as an effect of happier customers.

@Daniel Swahn As you described, this is considered to be useful to communicate between the lab and ICU, so that the status of sent samples could be notified to the sender. I will take this in consideration to evolution concept.
