Monitor the messages between infinity and hosts.

Problem:

It happened for the customer that connection with infinity is on but no message exchanges with infinity. As a result, results are shown delayed but in reality it was not. It involved IT department to investigate and to fix the issue of exchanging messages.

Maybe related with new feature in infinity - notification center.

Idea detail description

Idea summary after online discussion: Show the hosts with msg/min lower than a threshold, with the amount of msg/minute exchanged in the last x (configurable) hours.

(Pedro)

It would be beneficial to have a widget to monitor the messages sent and received from infinity. Sometimes the connection is on, but the hosts are not exchanging messages.

issue for the users is The connection is "ON" but for some reason, there are no real messages exchanged.

After consideration, the data is currently available for nMon. Please raise this data request to navify Lab Operation team, so that data should be available for nMon.

@Pedro Cardoso Depending on how many hosts are, we may not have enough space to show graph for each host. And it will be too busy to be read. As an idea, we probably can show the hosts with msg/min lower than a threshold. I will include a drawing in the existing mockup.

If there is a graph showing the amount of msg/minute exchanged in the last
x (configurable) hours, would be enough.

@Pedro Cardoso For msg exchange between infinity and hosts, what is expected to be shown? Options:

    1) No msg exchange vs. With msg exchange. (See mockup in description)

    2) Amount of msg exchange

    3) % msg exchange out of total capacity

@Joan Comas See the answer from Pedro.

Neither. Message exchange between infinity and the hosts (LIS, or other
    middleware).

@Pedro Cardoso We need to understand the problem from the customers in the call.

e.g. question :Message exchange between what? between infinity and instruments? OR between infinity and nMon?
